We're Pires Dairy Farm, a family-run café and gathering spot tucked along Kniebes Road in the heart of Gustine. From our first pour to your last bite, everything here is made with the same care we put into our land.
Pires Dairy Farm started as a working dairy operation in Gustine, California — the kind of place where the cows know your name and the sun rises over the same field every morning. But somewhere along the way, folks driving down Kniebes Road started asking: can we stop in for a coffee?
So we did. We opened our kitchen to the community and turned a corner of the farm into a café where the coffee is brewed fresh, the pastries come out of our own oven, and the dairy — well, it doesn't get much fresher than that.
Today we're still a family farm first. The same hands that tend the land also pour your espresso and wipe down the counter. That's not a slogan — it's just how we do things.
We stopped in on a road trip and ended up staying for two hours. The coffee is incredible, the croissants are unreal, and the family who runs this place makes you feel like you've known them forever.
Best cold brew in the area, hands down. I come here every Saturday morning before I head out to the vineyards. It's become part of my weekend routine — can't imagine Gustine without it.
Brought my kids here after school and they loved watching the cows from the patio. The breakfast sandwich was perfect, and the price was fair. This is what a real community spot should feel like.
We're located on Kniebes Road in Gustine, just a short drive from Highway 59. Pull in, park, and stay as long as you like.
